Have a Nigerian lawyer confirm the trademark and no-affiliation wording, since it references real firms by name, and complete the highlighted field.

1. Educational purpose only — not financial advice

All content, tools, simulations, examples, strategies, scores, and commentary on FxHomeLab (the "Platform") are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and are not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

FxHomeLab is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and does not consider your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Before making any real-money decision, seek independent advice from a licensed professional. See the Risk Disclosure Statement.

2. Everything here is simulated

All trading on the Platform is simulated, using historical and/or delayed data and no real money. Simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent, predict, or guarantee real-market outcomes. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

3. No guarantee of results

FxHomeLab makes no guarantee that you will become profitable, pass any real challenge, obtain funding, gain employment, or achieve any specific outcome. Trading real money is high-risk and results depend on factors outside our control.

4. The badge / credential

A FxHomeLab badge certifies completion of a defined challenge within our simulated environment, under our rules, only. It is not:

a funded trading account or any offer of capital;
a professional licence, certification, or regulatory authorisation;
a promise of acceptance by, or affiliation with, any third party; or
a guarantee of any real-market result.

You may not represent a FxHomeLab badge as real funding or a real credential. Doing so breaches the Terms of Service.

5. No affiliation with proprietary trading firms or brokers

FxHomeLab is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm, broker, exchange, or funded-account provider, including but not limited to FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, GoatFunded Trader, Deriv, or Paystack (except that Deriv and Paystack are service providers we use, under their own terms — this does not imply they endorse us).

Where the Platform references the rule structures of real prop-firm challenges (such as two-phase evaluations, profit targets, daily-loss limits, or drawdown rules), it does so solely for education and to let you practise those rulesets. Any such reference does not imply any relationship with those firms.

6. Trademarks

All product names, brands, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Platform — including the names of any prop firms, brokers, or tools — are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Platform is nominative and descriptive only (to identify or describe a ruleset, tool, or concept for teaching) and does not indicate endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. "FxHomeLab" and our logo are our marks.

7. Third-party content and links

The Platform may reference or link to third-party sites, tools, or data. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate and is provided without warranty for practice only.

8. Testimonials and examples

Any testimonial, sample result, or example on the Platform reflects a specific individual or scenario, is not typical, and is not a guarantee of your results. Examples using simulated data are illustrative only.

9. Regional availability and your responsibility

The Platform is operated from Nigeria and made available internationally. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform — and any real trading you later choose to do — is lawful where you live. Some jurisdictions restrict trading-related or crypto-related services. We may restrict availability in certain regions.
